After my snood with cables, I still had a ball of Fonty Syper Tweed. I decided to make matching mittens: no cables but a godron stitch very soft for my delicate hands. I did not want something too redundant with the snood.
And to highlight the colors speckled, I sewed some blue pearls between purl’s stripe.

Thank you !
I saw your hat on Instagram, it’s a very nice pattern and you have almost finished (impressive!) !
For the swap, I love the idea ! I think I’ll send mine at the end of the week… I’ll send you pictures.
But, yeah!, after this one I’ll be delighted to send you French yarn ! (And to test some Norwegian wool too ^^)
Lovely mittens – I really like the stitch mix – similar to the beanie I’m making at the moment. And I must say I love the tweed yarn – have to make something with a tweed yarn soon.
PS I really love that fact that you have joined in the yarn swap – hope we get to swap – just us two on a later date as I would love to test French yarn 🙂
